Robin Crozier was born in Gosforth, Great Britain in 1936. He did concrete and visual poetry, and was a teacher at Sunderland University. He published artistbooks like “Pages” (1970) and ran Phaidon Press. Since 1972 he had been involved in the Mail Art Network. In 1975 he re-drew portraits that various Mail Artists who had never seen him before did of him. Crozier worked with the female alias “Wanda“. He died December 21, 2001.
