Limited edition promotional version sent to distributors, reps, and similarly-placed record industry personnel.

White label black vinyl in a hand-assembled 'sleeve' (actually an envelope-style card record mailer commonly found in the UK) mounted on the front of which is a fragment or fragments (each sleeve is different) of a broken 12" record then further adorned with blue and orange paint.

Also attached to the front inside a black pen border is a small square of photo-art identical to that found with the original release of , above which is the edition number (35 copies were produced).

The back cover has a xeroxed group photo attached to it, alongside which are the signatures of Steven Stapleton, David Tibet, and Diana Rogerson.

All other information on the sleeve is ink-stamped. Inside is a contemporary (1986) United Dairies catalogue, stapled to the inner sleeve.
